The present invention relates to a fermented product of lactic acid bacteria of an antler extract, specially, a method for producing a fermented product of lactic acid bacteria and the product of the deer antler extract prepared therefrom. Since the production method according to the present invention can significantly increase the content of sialic acid and uronic acid, etc., which are functional components of the deer antler extract, the lactic acid bacteria fermented product prepared by the manufacturing method can be widely used as general food, food supplements, or pharmaceutical composition.
